What do I need to know before placing my order?
Delivery time is the time it will take to have your product shipped to you. Delivery time does not include production time. This time is in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It is important to factor in both production and delivery times when considering your order. If you have a deadline for the arrival of your Fabrik Designs, provide yourself enough time or contact us via info@fabrik-designs.com!
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing your order details including the tracking number with a link where you can track the parcel. Or track it here.
What time do I need to order to receive my package before Christmas?
In order to make sure that you receive the package before Christmas eve we highly recommend to order before 5th December. However, we are offering (Christmas) Gift Cards if you missed the date.
How fast is the shipping (delivery) time?
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Shipping time depends on the destination country and on the product, and varies between 5-20 business days. In same cases we are fast and deliver within 2-5 days, but this is not the standard. Average delivery time in normal season time is approximately 9 days.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country, and we offer free shipping on bigger orders. Check our Shipping Prices.
Who ships my package?
Local mail carriers are used most frequently. If your package includes tracking, you will be provided with a link that will direct you to the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed to guarantee fast delivery & efficient production times, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by via info@fabrik-designs.com!
Please verify that your shipping & billing information is 100% correct before placing your order. If your shipping details aren't accurate, your order may be undeliverable or may be sent to an incorrect address. Fabrik-Designs is not responsible for any missing packages or lost items due to address issues.
We are unable to offer any size change, address change or cancellation requests once your order has been placed. It's okay, though! We have a 100% happiness return policy. If you require any order changes (sizing, refunds, exchanges) please read upon our Returns and Cancellation Policy.
What to do when I want to return the item?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fabrik-designs.com. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are usually covered by the buyer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please read further on our Returns and Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from any country including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. Also some local payment options are available like Sofort, eps-Überweisung, iDEAL and Bancontact. For an express checkout we offer Paypal.
Are there any additional fees and costs?
Other than shipping costs, no handling or processing fees are charged. You may be responsible for paying customs clearance and duty fees when you receive your order outside of the EU or USA. Taxes are already included.
Can I get a discount?
Yes! If you post a photo of yourself wearing our designs on Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms available to the public, be sure to tag us and we'll provide a 10% discount to you.

We have a 100% Happiness Policy for all products where you can return or exchange your product within 30 days or purchase for whatever reason. To learn more see our Returns and Cancellation Policy.
How do I use a voucher code?
The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will see how much was deducted.
Do I have to pay (international) taxes and duties?
According to § 19 UStG we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not declare it (small business status). Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Mostly outside Europe and USA. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance outside of Europe and USA. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
How to care for your T-shirts.
For all clothing products, we highly suggest hand washing or using with a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Our prints are super vibrant and do not peel or fade in the short term, so you can wear them as much as you want! However, machine washing is also possible with the recommendation of maximum 30 degrees.
